External COO on demand - operations leadership for cross-border growth

Interim and part-time COO capacity for owner-managed mid-sized companies (Mittelstand / SME) in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands - the operational leadership of a COO, without a permanent executive hire.

Typical assignments: professionalising processes, structures and roles when a company outgrows its founder-led set-up; aligning sales, operations and fulfilment so that growth does not break delivery; setting up operations for entry into neighbouring markets, including distribution, logistics and fulfilment partners as well as service and returns processes; and bringing structure to transformation projects with clear targets and OKR-style steering.

How I work: hands-on and on site, in German, English or French, on fixed-fee or hybrid engagements. Based in Vaals on the Dutch-German-Belgian border and typically working within a 150 km radius.
