Gwilen recovers port dredging sediments to make low-carbon construction materials. Our innovative process operates without high-temperature firing, which considerably limits energy consumption and therefore CO2 emissions: our process emits 4x less CO2 than terracotta and 12x less than cement. In addition, we make use of a resource that is already available, which also limits the consumption of finite resources such as career resources.
