Complexity can overwhelm – or it can become the driver of resilience and innovation. This session explores how expert knowledge, provided in the form of “knowledge as a service” , and simulations enable engineers and operators to make better decisions.At the same time, the RECENTRE project supports companies in their transformation processes – for example in the areas of digitalisation and sustainability. Together with the companies, it applies the human-centred approach and provides guidance in developing concrete implementation plans.
