Our solution includes: 1 - Data Acquistion We acquire data from various structured sources using our wireless vibration and temperature sensors, wireless analog bridges, Modbus interface, or our cloud API connector. 2 - Information generated from Data We create a Digital Twin using multiple models developed through machine learning with historical data. These models are defined in collaboration with maintenance engineers and parameterized using codeless analytics. We use them for monitoring, providing metrics that reflect the discrepancies between actual and predicted parameters. 3 - Knowledge from Information We provide a transparent model structure that enables real-time anomaly detection. This systematic identification of anomalies allows maintenance engineers to analyze root causes and prepare mitigation plans. Over time, the insights gained can be integrated into an automated reasoning system.
