Aplast combines extensive experience with a modern, fully integrated rotomoulding process—from the initial concept and advanced designs prepared by its R&D department to in-house mould production, rotomoulding, and final assembly and finishing. Investments in automation, robotics, digitalisation, and in-house laboratory testing enable the company to ensure high quality, reliability, and flexibility across its solutions.

Aplast also demonstrates its commitment to sustainability through one of the largest solar power plants in the Municipality of Žalec. Developed together with its parent company, Zagožen, the facility comprises more than 3,000 solar panels. Aplast’s rotomoulded products—including wastewater treatment systems, oil separators, drinking water and wastewater tanks from the Karavan range, rainwater harvesting and retention tanks, and a wide range of solutions for water supply and sewerage infrastructure—are designed with the environment and future generations in mind.

The company manufactures products that actively contribute to a cleaner planet by supporting water collection and treatment, reducing waste through the ECOdip range, and enabling the reuse of natural resources. Although the products are primarily made from polyethylene, the material is processed using rotomoulding technology to create durable, long-lasting solutions. At the end of their service life, these products can be fully recycled, ground down, and reused in new production.
