LLC «PHANTOM TECH» is a modern Ukrainian defence technology company operating at the intersection of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and electronic warfare (EW), established in direct response to the full-scale Russian military aggression against Ukraine that began on 24 February 2022. Team of LLC «PHANTOM TECH» is directly engaged in developing, producing and deploying hardware and software solutions to protect Ukrainians, Ukrainian forces and critical infrastructure from UAV threats.

LLC «PHANTOM TECH»  is dedicated to the development and enhancement of advanced defense solutions, contributing daily to the protection of more than 400 mobile frontline crews. The company has implemented a large-scale urban defense project, within which approximately 7,000 drones have been neutralized across an area of over 100 km². The company’s production capacity is up to 1,000 UAVs per day, with current manufacturing facilities at 9 locations.

Ukraine's battlespace has become the most intensive and rapidly evolving drone warfare environment in modern history. LLC «PHANTOM TECH» is an integral part of this ecosystem — not as an observer, but as an active participant with production capacities, field-tested solutions and continuous operational feedback loops with Ukrainian defence forces. Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). LLC «PHANTOM TECH» develop and serially produce a range of unmanned aerial systems, including interceptor-class UAVs designed for high-speed engagement of aerial threats. Platforms are continuously refined based on direct frontline feedback, with development cycles measured in weeks rather than months or years — a pace that Ukraine's existential security environment has necessitated and that our organisation has institutionalised as a core competency.

Electronic Warfare (EW). LLC «PHANTOM TECH» specialises in the development and serial production of electronic warfare systems, including signal detection, classification, jamming and suppression capabilities. Operating in a contested electromagnetic environment — where Russian EW assets are actively deployed at scale — has made our solutions among the most battle-hardened in the world. Our EW systems are designed to counter both individual drone threats and coordinated mass drone attacks, used by Russia in its systematic campaign to terrorise Ukrainian civilians and destroy critical infrastructure.

Integrated Multi-Layered Counter-UAS Ecosystems. We do not develop isolated products; we build comprehensive, integrated counter-drone ecosystems. These systems combine hardware and software components — including identification modules, command-and-control interfaces and neutralisation effectors — into unified, multi-layered complexes. This architecture enables effective response at all stages of a drone threat lifecycle: detection, identification and neutralisation. Our solutions are adapted for the needs of armed forces as well as critical infrastructure operators, and are engineered for high mobility, scalability and resilience under active electromagnetic countermeasure conditions.

Embedded Systems and Software. We possess proprietary production capacities for embedded system development, integrating hardware and powerful software with user-friendly operational interfaces. This end-to-end capability — from chip-level hardware design to operational software — is a significant differentiator that allows us to rapidly prototype, test and scale solutions in response to evolving battlefield requirements.
