Atelierul de Idei

Atelierul de Idei is an innovation and agile culture agency supporting organizational transformation through collaboration, continuous learning, human-centered approaches, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence to generate meaningful and sustainable impact.

In 2023, Atelierul de Idei was certified as a social enterprise, combining economic activity with the mission of generating positive societal impact and reinvesting in people, communities, and sustainable development initiatives. In 2026, it became the first social enterprise in Romania to achieve B Corp certification, marking an important milestone in its commitment to creating positive social impact.

Our activities include educational programs, courses, and workshops that help organizations develop future-oriented organizational cultures and build the competencies needed to effectively and responsibly use AI and emerging technologies.

Through our Living Lab activities, we provide non-clinical validation services in real-life contexts for innovators who want to test, refine, and further develop their solutions. We work with innovators, users, and relevant stakeholders to assess innovations in authentic environments and support the development of solutions that are relevant, effective, responsible, and ready for real-world adoption.

GOOD TECH LIVING LAB

Launched by Atelierul de Idei at the end of 2025, Good Tech Living Lab aims to bring a stronger human perspective to technological innovation by validating solutions in real-life settings. The initiative works with innovations from Romania and across the EU, helping bridge the gap between technological development and the human trust needed for responsible and sustainable adoption.

Good Tech Living Lab offers:

• real-life testing and validation in authentic contexts, beyond controlled environments;

• direct and honest feedback from users and relevant stakeholders to support the improvement of solutions;

• an ethics and responsibility perspective, assessing potential impacts, risks, and responsible pathways for adoption and scaling;

• connections with users, technology experts, potential clients, investors, and relevant communities.

We are interested in connecting with innovators, technology providers, research and innovation organisations, companies, and European partners interested in testing, validating, co-developing, and scaling human-centered and responsible technological solutions.
