Collaboration Opportunity – Utility‑Scale Solar PV & BESS Project Development

We invite qualified project developers and EPC partners to join us in the development of large‑scale renewable energy projects combining photovoltaic (PV) solar farms and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Collaboration will span the full project lifecycle: from site identification, land acquisition, permitting and grid connection, through financing, construction and commissioning, to operation and market integration. We will act as lead origination and project‑management partner, and are looking for developers with proven track‑records in PV and/or BESS projects, strong EPC capabilities, and experience in working with investors, utilities and off‑takers. Key project scopes include design and build of ground‑mounted PV, sizing and deployment of BESS, integration of hybrid assets, securing of PPAs or capacity contracts, and optimal engagement in energy markets. Recent examples of similar hybrid PV + BESS deployments show the growing importance of storage to stabilise renewables and enhance grid flexibility.
We welcome partnerships on a co‑development or co‑investment basis and invite responses from entities capable of full EPC delivery or significant partner roles in construction and commissioning.
