Our flagship platform — ABLNY NEXUS v7 — combines 17 AI modules across well integrity, CCUS digital twins, predictive maintenance, waste-to-value, and green hydrogen, deployed on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) and expanding across Nordic industry.

Core AI capabilities: LSTM time-series forecasting, Gradient Boosting RUL prediction, Bayesian network risk models, Markov degradation chains, Ant Colony Optimisation (ACO) schedulers, Gaussian Process Regression, and SHAP explainability — all EU AI Act Art. 9–15 compliant with a certified audit chain.

Robotics & automation relevance: Our Industrial AI modules provide the intelligence layer for autonomous maintenance scheduling, sensor-driven anomaly detection (OPC-UA / IEC 62541), and AI-driven work order generation integrated with SAP PM and IFS. The platform is designed for air-gapped deployment on offshore platforms and industrial facilities with no internet dependency.

Health data & agriculture: Through our Waste-to-Value and bioprocess modules, we support anaerobic digestion monitoring, microalgae cultivation optimisation, and bio-polymer production — with AI-driven process control applicable to agri-food waste streams and EU bio-economy value chains. Sensor data intelligence from these modules feeds into broader EU data space initiatives aligned with the European Health Data Space and agri-food digital twins.
