About
The ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence , a non for profit organization, is the leading hub for space technology, Earth observation (EO), and remote sensing in the Eastern Mediterranean, Middle East, and North Africa (EMMENA) region. Based in Cyprus (EU), we bring together over 100 highly skilled researchers, scientists, and engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions in environmental monitoring, disaster risk assessment, geospatial intelligence and satellite data analytics
We actively support strategic collaborations with industry, public authorities, and international institutions to enable data-driven, sustainable, and resilient solutions for society and the planet.
The mission of the ERATOSTHENES CoE is to conduct both basic and applied research in Space and EO technologies for the monitoring of natural resources and infrastructures and to offer expert services and products in sensing and related geospatial technologies and other high-tech tools.
