Our current manufacturing capabilities include:

• 3,500 m² of production facilities and 10,000 m² of outside storage area

• Lifting capacity to 10 tons per piece, with a planned increase to 20 tons

• Maximum part length up to 18 meters

• MIG/MAG 135 and TIG 141 welding processes

• Welding procedures for material groups 1.1, 2.1, and 8.1, including S235, high-strength steels up to Strenx 690, and stainless steels

• Laser cutting up to 2.5 m × 6 m and material thickness up to 40 mm

• Band saw cutting up to 650 mm

• Press brake bending up to 3.2 m / 250 tons

• Tube bending up to D60 mm

• Wet painting systems according to ISO 12944-5 from C1 to C5, including immersion-class systems, NORSOK, LKAB, and Boliden coating systems

• Hot-dip galvanizing and electroplating through approved subcontracting partners

• NDT support, including VT, MT, UT, PT, and RT, through in-house and partner-supported capabilities

• Quality documentation, material traceability, and manufacturing control according to project requirements
