Electrical Systems
From low-volume projects with high complexity to series production in large volumes on a global market with local product requirements.

HP Tronic Group can, for example, deliver approved electrical systems in accordance with CE, cUL508, as well as third-party certified marine electrical systems in collaboration with Bureau Veritas (BV), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), ABS, LR, CCS, RINA, among others.

Wiring harness
HP Tronic Group works with cable areas from 0.08mm² up to 120mm² and delivers cabling in everything from low volumes with high complexity to series production in large volumes.

Our customers operate in a variety of industries, including appliances, medical, automation, heavy vehicles, defense, and aerospace industries.

Manufacturing takes place in an automated production process in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.
Quality assurance is performed through gas leak analysis of connections, among other methods.

Test Systems
HP Tronic Group develops and manufactures industrial test systems with solutions ranging from simple to highly advanced and complex systems. Each delivered system is carefully adapted to the customer’s specific needs and requirements. The test systems are integrated into the customer’s business system (ERP) and manufacturing process, thereby ensuring that the product meets the required traceability and quality requirements.

Installation
HP Tronic Group offers professional project management and quality assurance for installation and commissioning of electrical control systems on-site at end customers worldwide.

Design
HP Tronic Group offers design of cabling, electrical systems, and test systems. With modern tools and in close collaboration with customers, we ensure an efficient development process whether we are improving an existing solution or working on new construction.
