Active from over 40 years Meccanica Rizzello Srl has experience in turning and milling of mechanical components.
The company got a specialization in producing different mechanical works, using sophisticated and high-tech numeric control machines (CNC).
The company is on the market with the production of hydraulic parts, including blocks, flanges, bushings, spacers, bolts, valve caps, hubs and fittings using different materials, such as the steel of all types and alloys. The best products are realized with steel 11SMnPb30.
The company works exclusively as subcontractor for third parties and produces high quality mechanical components according to the drawings provided by customers.
The company has also a Quality Control Room, supplied with the main equipment and devices, such as Machine for measuring three-dimensional polar coordinates, hardness and roughness tester, optical gauges etc.
Our best products are realized with steel material 11SMnPb30, certified with 3.1 according UNI EN 10204:2005, including Crash Test.
We have got a stock of 180 tons of this material in different dimensions and key sizes.
In the last years our company made important investments with the purchase of three transfer-machines and some multi spindle lathes.
These new machines of high technology gave us the possibility to increase our client-portfolio.
All the lathes have a bar loader in order to execute machining up to maximum of 105 mm diameter bar.
On the contrary for more particular machining the company offers CNC -lathes, that have a much larger working area: 400 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length.
The maximum working area of machining center is 1740x760x510 mm. One of these has moreover a fourth axle.
The company got the ISO 9001 certification since many years and it has started a process for the acquisition of ISO IATF 16949.
