Zinc die casting

Our zinc die casted parts are produced on hot chamber die casting machines from 5t to 130t in closing force. The castings produced can weigh from 10 grams up to 1000 grams. To serve complex customer needs we are capable to do the further processing of the parts, such as stamping, surface preparation and CNC machining. Involving our sub-suppliers we are able to supply surface treated parts, as powder coated, zinc plated and chrome plated products are already in our portfolio. Using our multi-slide zinc die casting machine we are able to produce small zinc parts on a really low cost for our customers.
