Thermal Spraying

About
Thermal spraying is a process where molten metallic or ceramic material is sprayed onto a surface, creating a dense, strongly bonded protective layer. This treatment significantly improves wear resistance, heat resistance, and durability, making it ideal for components exposed to demanding conditions.
We work primarily with zinc and aluminum coatings, but also apply steel, bronze, and copper when specific properties are required. The coating thickness can be varied between 40–250 µm, giving us flexibility to tailor each surface to its intended environment and application. This versatility allows us to extend component life, enhance performance, and reduce maintenance costs across a wide range of industries.
