From Transcriptomes to Insights: Gene Regulatory Network Analysis and Interpretation
Bioinformatician at Université libre de Bruxelles
Brussels, Belgium
About
As a bioinformatician with a background in bioinformatics and bioengineering, I specialize in extracting biological meaning from complex omics datasets. I can offer expertise in gene regulatory network prediction from bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, as well as interpretation of chromatin landscapes across diverse conditions, including cancer biology and epithelial plasticity under stress.
I can also provide guidance on the design of reproducible and efficient analysis pipelines, helping to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insight. Whether for academic research or industry applications, my aim is to support effective data interpretation, accelerate discovery, and enable informed decision-making from transcriptomic and epigenomic data.
My contributions to this field include co-authorship on several peer-reviewed publications in leading journals:
-
Innate immunity and the NF-κB pathway control prostate stem cell plasticity, reprogramming and tumor initiation. Nature Cancer, June 2025. (Co-first)
-
Collagen signaling and matrix stiffness regulate multipotency in glandular epithelial stem cells in mice. Nature Communications, December 2024. (Co-first)
-
Fat1 deletion promotes hybrid EMT state, tumour stemness and metastasis. Nature, January 2021.
-
