• As a ProKanban Trainer and Management 3.0 Facilitator, I enable leaders and teams to create sustainable, data-driven improvements.

• I have hands-on experience in eCommerce, fintech, banking, iGaming, and car retail, driving Agile transformations that fit business reality—not just theory.

• I’ve worked across startups and enterprises, coaching teams, leaders, and executives to navigate complex transformations.

• Today, as a freelance Agile consultant, I support businesses in optimizing their ways of working—from Kanban flow metrics to leadership practices.

Beyond Work:

• I coach a small, neurodiverse track and field team, bringing Agile principles into sports performance.

• I run Bla Training, a quirky, community-driven socks brand that blends fun and performance in sports.
