The ICGC (including the Geological Survey of Catalonia) is a public entity under the administration of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia. Among its various fields of geoscience, it works on assessing and prospecting the use of untapped geothermal energy, from shallow to deep geothermal resources, within Catalonia and abroad, to support the energy transition process
