Seasight Group - Defence

Seasight Group has 75 years of experience and is a trusted supplier to the Air Force, Army, and Navy, as well as a provider of bespoke solutions for the Emergency Services and Special Forces.

Hvide Sande Shipyard - a part of Seasight Group - has built 159 new vessels, including the construction of advanced eco-friendly vessels. For the Navy and Coast Guard, we have delivered newbuild vessels, modifications, and maintenance services. Today, we are actively engaged in several projects to become a key provider of newbuild vessels for the Navy, both as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor.

Seasight Solutions is also a part of the group and has been the main supplier of maintenance platforms for the Danish Air Force, including platforms for the Seahawk and EH-101 helicopters, as well as for the F-16 fighter jet. Today, we are also involved in the F-35 Product Support Provider Network (PSPn).

We hold framework agreements with the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) and are an active partner in strengthening Danish defence. Seasight Solutions has delivered numerous costum made service platforms for The Danish Army including maintainance platforms e.g. for the combat vehicle IKK CV90.

For the army we are also developing, designing and constructing modular stair systems for container units and specialised ramps for rapid deployment.
