The MAYDAY Training Tool for Navy Vessels

The MAYDAY Navy Training Tool was developed in collaboration with the Danish Navy and is targeted at navy crew operating on vessels and frigates. The tool is built to train and enhance non-technical skills such as teamwork, decision-making, communication, leadership, and situational awareness - with emphasis on Bridge Resource Management and Operational Risk Management.

Scenarios can be tailored to match your specific operation(s) and training needs within the air force, army, or navy. We are looking for partners or organisations that want to collaborate on new scenarios to enhance human factors awareness, non-technical skills, and operational excellence.
