Security

The Trusted Check-In program provides passive collection of geolocation data along with biometric facial verification “check-ins” to ensure the individual is in the same physical location as the device. Geofencing can be enabled to notify an officer when a person exits a specified location or enters a restricted area.

Each participant's submitted image data is never stored and never leaves their dedicated device during the check-in process. Images and biometric templates are processed in the device's operating memory, converted into Trust Stamp’s proprietary Irreversibly Transformed Identity Token (IT2TM), and immediately discarded, preventing the potential for sensitive biometric data to be misused or compromised.
