Saj Huq

Saj specialises in building collaborative ecosystems between startups, government, industry, and academia and has led a number of high-profile initiatives during his time at Plexal. This includes LORCA - an accelerator that has helped 72 of the UK’s most promising cyber startups earn more than £68m in revenue and secure over £270m in investment - and the NCSC Innovation Partnership, which is delivering NCSC for Startups, and building a specialist innovation ecosystem to further the UK’s cyber ambitions and national security agenda.

Saj leads some of Plexal’s most important relationships with UK Government, including the NCSC and DCMS. He is a member of the DCMS Cyber Growth Partnership Main Board and the UK5G Security Working Group.
