Ethicronics is a Cambridge-based deeptech company specialising in low-level software operating at the hardware interface to solve critical security challenges for trusted electronics. We are developing two core solutions designed to protect the integrity of hardware and data in sectors including defence, automotive, finance, telecommunications. Our first product in development is a hardware assurance platform capable of detecting tampering, cloning, or reverse engineering at the nanometer scale, covering chiplets, PCBs, and complex assemblies. This solution enables fabless companies to have verified hardware authenticity non-destructively, mitigating supply chain risks across global sourcing. Developed in collaboration with Thales UK under a UK MoD DASA grant, already gaining traction in security-sensitive industries.
