Regis Cazenave

Régis Cazenave is a seasoned international executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience in digital transformation and international expansion.

He currently serves as General Manager Europe at S2 Grupo, a leading cybersecurity specialist, where he drives international growth and helps clients navigate complex digital transformation challenges.

In addition to his role at S2 Grupo, Régis holds several key advisory positions:

• Chair of the SME2Market Workstream at ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation): Supporting European cybersecurity vendors—particularly start-ups and SMEs—by addressing market challenges and fostering internationalization.

• Advisor to the Cyber Sounding Board of TNO (Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research): Ensuring cybersecurity research aligns with industry needs.

• Vice-Chair of ITEA (Eureka RD&I Cluster on Digital Innovation): Promoting collaborative R&D projects, international partnerships, and industry-driven innovation.

Previously, Régis served as President of the Management Board at ReliaSol (2020–2022), where he successfully led the global expansion of the AI-based predictive maintenance company. From 2013 to 2020, he held executive positions at renowned multinational companies, including:

• Vice President & General Manager, Enterprise Division EMEA at Belden

• Managing Director EMEA at Sulzer

• Vice President, Industrial Automation Business Northeast-Asia at Schneider Electric

A strong advocate for digital transformation, Régis has a proven track record of mentoring and guiding innovation-driven businesses on a global scale. With extensive international experience, he has lived and worked across multiple countries, managing diverse teams and fostering cross-cultural collaboration.

Beyond his professional commitments, Régis is passionate about coaching and mentorship. He is a mentor at the Women4Cyber Global Foundation and he volunteers at Forward Inc, supporting entrepreneurs from refugee backgrounds in building and scaling their businesses.
