Through Mind Forward, I work as a Strategic Advisor and Fractional Executive to founders, CEOs and leadership teams on international expansion, go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, fundraising, institutional relations and ecosystem development.

With 25+ years of international experience in technology, innovation and international business development, my focus is on deep tech, cybersecurity, AI and software-driven innovation.

Alongside my advisory activities, I serve as Vice-Chair at ITEA, the Eureka Cluster for software innovation, and contribute to the European cybersecurity and innovation ecosystem through board and advisory roles with ECSO, TNO and French Tech Amsterdam. I also mentor entrepreneurs through incubation and acceleration programmes such as YES!Delft, DutchBasecamp and Forward·Inc.

My approach is practical, direct and hands-on, combining executive experience, strategic judgement and an extensive European network to help organisations move from strategy to execution.
