Asemblis LLC is an early-stage biotech company based in Bern, focused on developing advanced human tissue analogues for disease modelling and drug testing. Our goal is to bring to market a reliable and human-relevant tissue platform that can contribute positively to current bottlenecks in pharma/biotech R&D, this way helping our customers de-risk drug development earlier and accelerate time-to-market. To also de-risk our path to market, Asemblis has a dual-arm strategy combining the core business (innovation), focused on developing these tissue platforms, with a complementary (commercial) arm generating early revenue from third-party product sales that are aligned with our business. This approach will mitigate risk, reduce the burn rate, and help accelerate our R&D while supporting our long-term goals.
