XRnanotech offers nanofabrication services from design to delivery using its 1,000 m² ISO 4 cleanroom at Park Innovaare, Switzerland, backed by CHF 80M+ in advanced toolkits including electron‑beam lithography, direct laser writing, grayscale 3D lithography, mask aligners, and a range of etching and deposition systems (RIE, ICP‑RIE, D‑RIE, PVD, ALD/CVD). They produce high‑aspect‑ratio optics, gratings, membranes, beam‑line apertures, test targets, microlens arrays, nanophotonic structures, and custom photonic circuits. End‑to‑end services include solution engineering, custom design, project management and quality control, with typical lead times of just 4 weeks.
