Our solution is to utilize Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) technology to 3D manufacture customized metal parts from exotic alloys with significantly reduced material waste, shorter lead times, and enhanced efficiency. By getting the robot to specifically weld the wire in a manner to directly achieve the final product using our in-house software, we are able to reduce wasted material by up to 95% and CO2 emissions by up to 90%. This method allows us to produce the required parts much faster than conventional methods, meeting the stringent timelines of industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, and marine.
