www.centauroos.euAscoli Piceno, ItalyCentauroos S.r.l. develops digitally driven, circular construction solutions centred on large-scale additive manufacturing of cement-based materials incorporating recycled aggregates. Its operational model is structured as a traceable chain—Recycle / Print / Assemble—where mineral waste streams from construction and demolition (including debris) are processed into recycled aggregate fractions, formulated into printable mixes, robotically extruded into components, and then assembled into finished products. The workflow is designed to support both bespoke and repeatable elements for urban furniture, landscape and architectural applications, with an emphasis on design-for-assembly, process repeatability, and quality control of the printing process.
To support real-world deployment, Centauroos operates a crawler-mounted robotic 3D printing system intended for use in construction environments. The tracked platform improves mobility and positioning flexibility on uneven ground and constrained sites, enabling on-site or near-site manufacturing scenarios and reducing the need to transport heavy prefabricated elements over long distances. This capability aligns the company’s approach with low-impact site operations and practical implementation of robotic fabrication beyond controlled factory conditions.
