CIRCOE

CIRCOÉ is an innovation and technologies transfer centre created in 1992 in Le Havre, France, which specialises in Transports and Logistics.

 We aim at stimulating economic development by bringing innovation to logistics. We offer our services to: o small, medium-sized companies, o industrial and logistics providers on the Seine axis, o and to consortiums of logistics experts involved in European projects.

 Our expertise consists in: o helping companies to optimize their logistic processes (LEAN Management and logistic software tools FLEXSIM, TRANSEPT), o implementing innovative tools (tracking devices…) in order to develop innovative logistics organisations, o reviewing business models for innovative products and services (benchmarking, flows mapping…)

 And we experiment new logistical concepts at a European level which range from: o Project set-up: identify calls, deal with financing schemes, find innovative ideas, build up a successful consortium and communicate with EU officers, o Project Management: Set up innovative tools for management steering and budget monitoring, dissemination, perform financial reporting and monitor project actions, o Production: Business case study, assessment of specifications and requirements, feasibility study, benchmark of good practices, simulation and modelling of flows, dissemination activities, project management tool, project management.

 Our strength derives from: o our past experience in project management (participated in 9 major INTERREG and PCRD projects in the last 8 years, setting up and leading WEASTFLOWS, the largest INTERREG IVB NWE project (22 partners, 9 M€ budget), o our expertise in innovative logistics solutions, o and our strong European network.
