About me
I earned my PhD in 2000 at Leiden University studying the physical properties of dendrimers, then pursued post‑doctoral research on electrospray of water at Delft and on dendrimer‑protected porphyrins for oxygen measurement at the University of Pennsylvania. From 2003 to 2007 I worked at the University of Kyoto developing thin ferroelectric polymer films by electrospray. In 2007 I joined the Faculty of Pharmacy at Université Paris Descartes, focusing on the thermodynamic stability of active pharmaceutical ingredients and later became an associate professor while also joining the SMS laboratory at the University of Rouen in 2017. Since September 2023 I have chaired the COST Action BEST‑CSP, fostering collaboration between theorists and experimentalists on organic molecular materials. As of September 2024 I hold a full professorship in Materials Chemistry at the University of Rouen Normandy.
