BOXO is a Dutch circular packaging company focused on replacing single-use e-commerce packaging with reusable, deposit-based solutions. The company develops both the physical packaging and the supporting return infrastructure, enabling consumers to easily return used packaging via a growing network of physical drop-off points. BOXO works with webshops, retailers, logistics partners and public stakeholders to integrate reusable packaging into existing fulfilment and return flows. The system is designed to be practical, scalable and market-ready, operating at TRL 6–8, with pilots and live implementations already in place. By combining reuse, consumer incentives and local return infrastructure, BOXO aims to significantly reduce packaging waste while offering retailers a viable alternative that fits current operations and emerging European regulations on packaging and reuse.
