Aquanzo’s mission is to build the world’s leading ocean protein platform, replacing wasteful supply chains with scalable, smart, marine nutrition.
My organisation
Aquanzo upcycles lost dairy nutrients that are costly to dispose of into ocean protein. Using a controlled, modular process design monitored by sensors, vision technology and AI, we cultivate Artemia, a microscopic aquatic organism long valued in aquaculture, in land-based systems. These systems ensure biosecure, consistent and scalable production, independent of geography or season. The result is Artemia (tiny shrimp) meal: an adaptable, highly digestible, nutrient-rich ingredient. In trials, fish and poultry have thrived on it, proving its effectiveness as a natural feed. For aquaculture farms, this means a stable and sustainable supply of nutrition. For dairies, it transforms nutrient losses into value, reducing both disposal costs and environmental impact.
