AIN is non-profit association recognized as technological centre, gathered 120 companies mainly manufacturers (agri-food, automotive, machine producers. Etc) recognized as industrial transformation cluster. We act as an accelerator and facilitator driving companies in their digital transformation adopting I4.0 and circularity. It is the Training Centre of reference in Navarre which trains professionals and VET centres (Vocational Education and Training). AIN is a European Enterprise Network EEN contact point Helping companies innovate and grow internationally). The consulting department works on supporting companies in including circular economy principles in their business strategies and in assessing the new business opportunities within the circular economy, while defining and implementing transformation models and exploitation routes of new business models in the circularity. Besides AIN has a wide experience in regional development strategies, where the digitalisation and circularity are two key pillars of the global socio-economic transformation. Our expertise from technological areas are: Energy efficiency (H2 – Biogas), energy audits and measurement implementation, lean production, waste and heat efficiency (district heating), water recovery, predictive maintenance monitoring, life cycle assessment, New facilities for new uses of renewable energy and application of new energy efficiency technologies, advanced materials and tribology, assessment and environmental projects, advanced surface technologies and materials such as functional coatings, thermochemical treatments, as well as synthesis and complex chemical formulations for different application sectors. We also have expertise in managing programmes: Digital transformation planes (I4.0), strategic planning, organisational agile transformation (to adopt digitization), technical training. I have joined the management board of our small business this year, after having worked in the Public Administration for over fifteen years. The decision of this shift in my professional career comes in line with our strategic goal as entrepreneurs to push our company farther in its performance. We are also convinced that we can contribute to the sustainability in the production processes and we believe in our potential to become greener in the consumption of resources. This is why I am trying to help running the company together with my brother since early this year.
I graduated in Economics and then followed a Master's Degree in International Business and another one in Financial Management and Taxation. I entered the regional Public Administration as a civil servant in 2007, where I worked in the management of european structural Funds and in the Tax Administration office. I am also an associate professor in the Public University of Navarra since 2023 and I enjoy contact with students and I always try to push further.
