I am an Executive Director with over 20 years of experience bridging strategic vision and execution across industrial, technological, and agri-food sectors. I began my career as a PhD in Physics and evolved into leading high-impact organisations and projects, solving technical and organisational challenges with a systems-oriented, results-driven approach.

I have coordinated more than 100 innovation and development projects, supported over 250 organisations in transformation processes, and trained more than 150 teams in management, strategy, and innovation. I bring analytical thinking, a global perspective, and hands-on experience to activate ecosystems, improve structures, and drive sustainable growth.
