Municipalty of Galati is a local urban authority in the South-East part of Romania, an old port city, becoming more modern each day. Municipality of Galați has a rich experience in partnerships since 2008. The Department of Projects and Foreign Financing carried out a broad range of activities within the Programs: South East Europe, URBACT II, URBACT III, Danube, Black Sea Basin. From traditional activities to creative and innovative ones, our team has experience in:

• Project management: activities for adequate planning, implementation and follow-up of the projects, including smooth and efficient collaboration between project partners. In this phase, activities included organisational and administrative tasks, virtual meetings among partners, preparation of communication materials.

• Implementation activities: included networking events, meetings, working sessions to exchange practices and to develop results. These activities involved the participation of staff and stakeholders
