In the preliminary design phase, we develop the building concept in various versions. We provide you with an initial impression of your project, coordinate the basic parameters with the other specialist planners involved, and carry out volume and floor area optimization, often combined with a cost and time estimate.

In the design phase, the selected concept is developed in greater detail and visualized.

Planning permission is essential for the project’s success. During the submission planning phase, we develop a project that is eligible for approval, prepare all submission documents, coordinate the specialist planners and support the regulatory process right through to the granting of planning permission. Where required, we also provide support with the structural aspects of the commercial planning process.

During the construction planning phase, the plans are developed in technical detail and coordinated across disciplines using state-of-the-art technology – balanced against cost-effectiveness and feasibility.

To identify the contractors best suited to your project and offering the best value for money, our strategic partners provide support with the tendering and contract award process.

Planning support during construction takes place in parallel with the work itself, thereby ensuring that the design, layout and pre-agreed technical solutions are implemented as intended.
