Laure QUINTIN

Laure Quintin is Director for European Affairs and Projects at Minalogic, the digital transformation cluster of France's Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Founded in 2005, Minalogic brings together over 450 members, including around 380 companies, as well as research and training institutions, local authorities and private investors, with a deeptech core in microelectronics, photonics and software.

With nearly two decades of experience in European funding and policy, Laure has worked in France and Germany on EU research and innovation proposals, project management, SME internationalisation, European partnerships and public affairs.

At Minalogic, Laure leads the cluster's European strategy and its participation in EU-funded projects, from proposal development to delivery. She works with partners across Europe, including through the Silicon Europe Alliance, to connect regional SMEs and research organisations with European value chains, funding opportunities and policy priorities.

Since 2021, she has been Vice President of the European Committee of the French Association of Pôles de Compétitivité (AFPC), promoting best-practice exchange among French clusters and representing their views to the French Government and the European Commission.

Laure holds a Master's degree in European Studies.
