About

Heidenhain TNCScope allows for monitoring machines (mulitiple channels) at sampling frequencies >1kHz. We have developed and field-tested a software framework allowing to (i) consume the files created, (ii) structure the data and (iii) fuse it with other data sources (like instrumented toolholders). This allows a fine-grained documentation of complete milling operations.
Based on dataset acquired as above, we offer in-detail milling data analysis with deep material science background. Data analysis can focus on energy savings, millig time, tool wear and other targets.
