Technology partner for Smart Irrigation, Water Efficiency and AI-driven Urban Green Space Management
CEO Fliwer at Fliwer Intelligence

About
FLIWER is looking to join DUT 2026 project consortia as a technology and innovation partner in projects related to urban green infrastructure, water efficiency, climate adaptation and innovative maintenance of green spaces.
FLIWER has developed an intelligent irrigation and green-space management system that enables irrigation according to the real needs of plants, instead of fixed schedules.
Our technology combines:
-
Soil and environmental sensors
-
IoT connectivity
-
Artificial Intelligence
-
Digital Twins
-
Weather and environmental data
-
Water consumption and flow monitoring
-
Automated irrigation control
-
Remote management and operational monitoring
The system continuously analyses variables such as soil moisture, temperature, humidity, light, weather conditions and water consumption to determine when, where and how much irrigation is actually required.
This enables cities, municipalities and green-space operators to significantly reduce unnecessary water consumption while maintaining or improving plant health.
Beyond water savings, FLIWER can contribute to projects by reducing operational costs and manual intervention, improving maintenance efficiency, detecting leaks and abnormal water consumption, identifying irrigation failures and enabling data-driven and increasingly autonomous management of green infrastructure.
What FLIWER can contribute to a consortium
FLIWER can provide:
-
Existing smart irrigation technology ready for integration and further R&D
-
AI algorithms for irrigation and plant-need optimisation
-
IoT hardware and environmental sensing
-
Digital Twin capabilities
-
Automated control of valves and irrigation infrastructure
-
Water consumption and flow monitoring
-
Leak and anomaly detection
-
Remote monitoring and management
-
Technology integration with municipal or third-party platforms
-
Development of new AI-driven green-space management functionalities
-
Validation in real operational environments
We are especially interested in projects where these technologies can produce measurable impact, including:
-
Water savings
-
Reduction of operational and maintenance costs
-
Increased climate resilience
-
Improved response to drought and heat conditions
-
More efficient use of urban water resources
-
Improved health and management of urban vegetation
-
Reduction of unnecessary maintenance interventions
-
Digitalisation and automation of green-space operations
FLIWER is particularly relevant for projects addressing innovative maintenance of urban green and blue spaces, climate-resilient urban infrastructure, smart water management, nature-based solutions and data-driven urban management.
We are open to collaborating with cities, municipalities, universities, research centres, urban planners, landscape operators, water utilities and technology partners that are currently building DUT 2026 consortia.
