AI-assisted structural diagnostics for adaptive reuse and energy renovation
CEO at STRUCMEDICA
Lyon, France
About
STRUCMEDICA is a civil engineering deeptech startup developing AI-assisted, non-invasive structural diagnostic solutions for existing concrete buildings and infrastructure.
For DUT Call 2026, we are looking to join a consortium as a technical partner supporting adaptive reuse, circular renovation, energy renovation, Positive Energy Districts or resilient urban infrastructure projects.
Our contribution would help cities, housing owners, engineering partners and urban project teams assess the structural condition of existing assets before transformation works. By combining non-destructive testing, structural assessment, data analysis and AI-assisted interpretation, STRUCMEDICA can help identify risks, renovation needs, maintenance priorities and uncertainties earlier in the project process.
This can support better decision-making before adaptive reuse, building renovation, PV or energy upgrades, circular construction strategies, or long-term infrastructure maintenance planning.
We are particularly interested in collaborating with municipalities, metropolitan authorities, universities, engineering companies, housing operators, digital tool providers and energy-transition partners working on sustainable and climate-resilient urban transformation.
