MACH is a consulting firm rooted in applied research. We specialise in socio-economic transformations at the organisational and MESO levels. We support private companies, NGOs, and public institutions in implementing sustainable change through field diagnoses, organisational experimentation, and tools derived from management sciences. Our core expertise includes working-time redesign, managerial innovation, hidden cost analysis, and the design of more inclusive work models. We combine scientific rigour with operational grounding to assess and support change across economic, social, and environmental dimensions, ranging from mental health at work, talent retention, and productivity gains to team cohesion and energy saving strategies, and beyond.
