About me
I am currently working at the Institute of Communication and Marketing of the Lucerne School of Business and I will defend my PhD thesis in social psychology at the University of Bern in November. My dissertation about sharing as a sustainable alternative to linear consumption as well as many applied research projects about topics like large scale transformations in public procurement in the construction sector allowed me to gain extensive experience in interdisciplinary project teams comprising researchers, companies, and local governments. My psychological perspective on behavioral change and decision-making processes provides valuable insights for successfully implementing sustainable transformations at both individual and organizational levels.
