About me
As a graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), I have been involved in research and education in the Planning, and Design fields of Engineering Geology and Rock Mechanics at our university for over twenty years. I have been supporting sustainable environmental and urban resistance initiatives in recent years. This talent allows me to teach Earth Science course for Department of Environmental Engineering in the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Urban and Environmental Geology course for Department of Urban and Regional Planning in the Faculty of Architecture at ITU. I would be glad to collaborate on the effects of weathering on physical and mechanical properties of rocks, which was my graduation project while completing my undergraduate education; engineering geological research of underground rock assets, which was my M.Sc. thesis topic; mass movement mechanisms, which was my Ph.D. thesis topic; and numerical methods for deep foundations, which I have recently focused on.
