I work as a Grant and Project Specialist at the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality's European Union and Foreign Relations Department. I have a degree in Business Administration and have been actively involved in project development, writing, implementation, and reporting processes under EU Framework Programs (FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe), IPA, and national grant mechanisms for over 10 years.

I have project experience in the areas of sustainability, climate change mitigation, energy efficiency, smart cities, urban mobility, environment, and social participation in local governments. Facilitating municipalities' access to international funds, matching innovative project ideas with funding, and developing strong international partnerships are among my core areas of expertise.
