About me

As someone who enjoys wearing many hats, I've spent the last 15 years exploring and connecting the dots across different areas of the tourism sector. I'm passionate about how diverse skills and experiences can create something more significant - whether through academic research, policy analysis, marketing, project management, or analysing participation processes and developing toolkits.

My focus has always been on enhancing tourism, whether through researching heritage and visitor experiences, conducting user research and service design, or exploring how immersive technology can improve people's experiences of places. I also have a soft spot for storytelling and how it can bring tourism to life.
