Energy management for flexibility
About
Develop energy management systems that increase the value of mid-sized rooftop PV installations (40–600 kW) by integrating storage, flexibility, and smart control. This responds to the emerging challenge of negative feed-in tariffs, which are eroding the profitability of solar PV and slowing down new investment. Pilot cases will demonstrate pathways to sustain and scale renewable generation.
