Plants as engineers
About
To support the development and implementation of green infrastructures, we aim to shed light on the dynamic interaction mechanisms between fluid flow, vegetation dynamics (growth, densification, carbon capture, production of organic soil etc), sediment transport, and biodiversity. Considering enablers, our expertise includes both analytical and numerical modelling, laboratory and field experiments and data science.
