About

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality wishes to participate as an active partner in DUT 2025 projects. Priority areas: sustainable transportation, energy-efficient urban infrastructure, circular economy, and climate adaptation with citizen participation. We aim to share international experience with partners joining the consortium and implement concrete urban transformation applications.
