In clinical and medical contexts, I help translate complex workflows, data, and regulatory constraints into practical AI applications—from early use case identification to implementation. This includes supporting teams in defining where AI can improve trial design, data handling, decision-making, and patient outcomes.

Beyond that, I work with companies to leverage AI for productivity gains, including the development of internal tools and AI agents that automate repetitive tasks, enhance workflows, and enable teams to focus on higher-value work.

My approach is hands-on and conversation-driven: working closely with stakeholders to understand real needs, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that are both technically feasible and commercially meaningful.
