Physicians simply dictate as they normally would, and our AI pipeline handles transcription, structuring, and generation of complete medical letters (Arztbriefe), summaries, and clinical notes. The result is reviewed and edited by the physician in our web app, then exported directly back into the practice management system.

How Integration Works

We meet you where your architecture is:

- GDT 2.1 — Our desktop connector watches the PVS exchange directory, forwards patient context and dictations to the cloud, and writes finished documents plus PDF attachments back into the import path. Works with any GDT-compliant system.

- FHIR — Push completed DocumentReferences into your FHIR API with full patient context. Context-based launch model supported.

- HL7 / REST — Standard API integration with JWT authentication, webhooks for pipeline status, and real-time Server-Sent Events for live progress updates.

- On-Premise or Cloud — The GDT Connector runs as a lightweight Windows service in the practice network with outbound-only HTTPS. No inbound ports, no VPN required.
